Kenexa Peer Advocate Program
As a new Kenexa employee, you will be paired with an existing Kenexa employee who will help you navigate your way, answer questions, point you in the right direction and serve as a friendly Kenexa face.
On your first day, your peer advocate will take you on a facility tour, introduce you to departmental managers, explain our business units, train you on office procedures, set up your email and voicemail, and review our corporate identity kit. Your peer advocate will also set up a meeting with your manager to establish your career goals in Kenexa CareerTracker®. Through the Kenexa Peer Advocate Program, we hope to maximize your experience starting on your first day.
